  1. I am disappointed that Broadview has content from The Salvation Army given their stance on the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Although they state that they give support regardless of sexual orientation or gender identification, their religious beliefs are contributing to the discrimination and harassment experienced by these communities. Good work cannot offset the negative impact.

  2. I am a United Church member who volunteers doing kettle duty for the Salvation Army in Brampton. I also make a personal donation each year which I know is used by the local SA in Brampton.
If I donate to the centralized appeal, how are those funds distributed and does any of it go to Brampton?
