Group Subscription Frequently Asked Questions

    1. How do I start a new group subscription for my church or organization?
      Group subscriptions allow you to send 5 or more copies to different delivery addresses for just $30 a copy per year, an 18% or $6.95 savings from the regular $$36.95 annual rate. To qualify for the discounted rate, the group must have 5 subscribers and a designated Group Rep who will collect annual fees and remit payment to Broadview. Learn more and get started here.

    2. How do I renew our group subscription?
      Group subscriptions are automatically renewed every year and an invoice is emailed to the Group Rep for payment upon receipt. (A few months before renewal time, you’ll be emailed a reminder to add, drop or change group subscribers. Changes to your group can only be made at renewal time.)
    3. How do I pay my group invoice?
      You can pay your group invoice online, by phone (1-855-565-9564, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, or by mail (send a copy of your invoice with payment to 310 Danforth Ave., Suite C1, Toronto, ON, M4K 1N6.)
    4. Where can I view and download a list of my group’s subscribers?
      Click here to view and download a list of group subscribers. You’ll need your group account number and the postal code or email address associated with your account.
    5. How do I update the address of a subscriber in my group?
      Use the group maintenance page to change the mailing address, email, or phone number of subscribers in your group. Allow 3 to 5 business days for changes to appear in your group list.
    6. How do I add new subscribers to my existing group?
      To add a new subscriber, you can use the group maintenance page or call customer service. New subscribers will be added to your group at renewal time. You can submit a new subscriber name at any time, but their first magazine will arrive after the current subscription term has been completed and the new term begins. To add a subscriber to your group, visit the group maintenance page and login to your account. You’ll need your group account number and the postal code or email address associated with your account.
    7. How do I remove a subscriber from my group?
      Use the group maintenance page to remove a subscriber in your group. Allow 3 to 5 business days for changes to appear in your group list. Once the removal has been processed, this subscriber will no longer receive the magazine.
    8. What if a subscriber in our group has died?
      To report a deceased subscriber, call customer service at 1-855-565-9564. Delivery will be stopped as soon as possible.
    9. Our group has a new Group Rep. How do I update the Group Rep name and contact information?
      It’s important to keep the name, email and phone number of your Group Rep current and accurate! To make changes, call customer service 1-855-565-9564 or send an email to subscriptions@broadview.org.
    10. How do I cancel our group subscription?
